Selection & Job Matching
Our recruitment team reviews your profile, sea-service experience, qualifications and document readiness. When a suitable opportunity becomes available, candidates may be contacted for screening, interview or additional assessment. Where applicable, candidate profiles may be submitted to the principal for review, interview and final selection.
Pre-Deployment
Selected candidates complete the required documentation, medical, employment and other applicable pre-deployment requirements.
Deployment
Once requirements are completed, joining and travel arrangements are coordinated according to the assignment.
Ongoing Support
NURINDO maintains communication and provides relevant coordination support during the assignment.

Keep Your Seafarer Profile Ready
Depending on the position and assignment, you may be asked to provide:
Personal Documents – Identity Card (KTP) – Family Card (KK) – Passport – Recent photograph
Seafarer Documents – Seaman Book – Basic Safety Training (BST) – Certificate of Competency (CoC), where applicable – Certificate of Proficiency (CoP), where applicable – Relevant training certificates – Sea-service / employment records
Deployment Documents – Medical examination documentation – Visa, where applicable – Employment-related documentation – Other documents required by the vessel, position, flag, destination or principal
Not every position requires the same documents. The recruitment team will inform candidates of additional requirements where applicable.
